Led by David Hamblett and Judy Reaves, Hambletts specialise in producing exciting new projects, taking them to unusual spaces and creating new audiences.

Hambletts' current production in collaboration with Orchestra of the Swan, Red Sky at Sunrise:Laurie Lee in Words and Music (with the same actors, musicians and creative team) sold out at the RSC’s Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford, and is currently on tour. The show has been featured by Cerys Matthews (BBC Radio 6 Music), and BBC Radio 3’s In Tune.

Forthcoming Words and Music projects for 2024 include; Thomas Hardy - A Beautiful Thread with Anton Lesser starts touring in September, GEORGE Eliot in Words and Music with Harriet Walter and SuRie opening in November, and Anton Lesser’s A Christmas Carol in December.
